The mission of the Division is to articulate strategies for improving the teaching quality at NTU. The main services include encouraging NTU faculty to undertake research related to SoTL (the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) and conducting research on teaching development. For research on SoTL, the Center grants faculty funding to carry out the Instructional Development Project. Research on teaching development includes The Curriculum Improvement Project as well as the Annual Senior Survey, the results of which provide directions for the University's policy making.
