The mission of the Division is to help NTU faculty and TAs to improve the quality of their teaching. The work of the Division is based on the structure of "Two Orientations, Two Awards, and Three Development Objectives" (see the chart below.) The main services include holding new faculty orientations and TA training seminars periodically throughout the year; besides, this division carries out new faculty mentorship, presents the Excellent TA Award, in addition to operating teaching workshops, arranging classroom observations, and offering teaching consultation services. The Center hopes that each of the Division's activities will help NTU faculty and TAs to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
